1. Purpose
These Terms of Use (“ToU”) set the rules governing access to and use of the doveaia.com website (“the Site”). By browsing the Site, the user unreservedly accepts these ToU.

2. Access to the Site
The Site is freely accessible 24 / 7, except in case of force majeure or maintenance. Doveaia reserves the right, without prior notice or compensation, to suspend or modify any part of the Site for maintenance, evolution or any other reason.
The user acknowledges having the skills and means required to access and use the Site. Internet access costs (hardware, software, subscription) are borne exclusively by the user.
3. Site content
Content published on the Site (articles, guides, descriptions of trainings and services, case studies) is provided for information purposes. Doveaia makes its best effort to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee completeness or freedom from errors. Content may be amended at any time, without prior notice.
No content published on the Site should be interpreted as personalized advice (legal, technical or financial) nor as a substitute for a contracted engagement.
4. User conduct
The user agrees to use the Site in compliance with applicable laws and these ToU. The user shall in particular refrain from:
- altering, overloading or probing the Site’s infrastructure (scans, brute force, mass scraping, denial of service);
- bypassing security mechanisms (Cloudflare Turnstile, rate limiting);
- submitting unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory or third-party-rights-infringing content through the forms;
- attempting to access non-public areas or data not belonging to the user.
In case of breach, Doveaia reserves the right to block access and to take any action it deems appropriate.
5. Hyperlinks
The Site may contain links to external resources. Doveaia has no control over these resources and disclaims any responsibility for their content.
Inbound links to doveaia.com are permitted, provided they do not harm Doveaia’s reputation or mislead about authorship or the nature of the linked content.
6. Intellectual property
All elements composing the Site (texts, illustrations, logos, visual identity, source code, organization) are protected by intellectual-property law and remain the exclusive property of Doveaia, unless stated otherwise.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, translation or exploitation, whole or partial, without prior written consent is prohibited and constitutes infringement under articles L335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
The user may quote Site content under fair-quotation rules, with a clear mention of source and author.
7. Personal data
Data collected on the Site is processed in accordance with the Privacy policy and the Cookie policy.
8. Liability
Doveaia implements reasonable measures to ensure the availability and security of the Site. However, Doveaia cannot be held liable:
- for temporary unavailability of the Site (maintenance, subprocessor failure, force majeure);
- for indirect damages incurred by the user (data loss, business interruption, loss of opportunity);
- for the content of third-party sites reached through links.
9. Changes to the ToU
Doveaia reserves the right to amend these ToU at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page on the date of consultation. The user is responsible for checking it regularly.
10. Applicable law
These ToU are governed by French law. Any dispute regarding their interpretation or performance shall, failing amicable resolution, be brought before the competent courts of Rennes (France).
